Hourly Pay Range:
$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
· Position: Procure to Pay Associate
· Location: Arlington Heights
· Full Time
· Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours
What you will do:
Assist the P2P team with obtaining the necessary statements and invoice copies to validate the RNI Report
Assist with credit hold situations by requesting statements and invoice copies; process necessary actions to clear holds
Assist the AP team with cleaning up invalid items in GHX
Work with suppliers to ensure proper invoice submission procedures
Assist the AP team with processing invoices in the Workday draft queue, when assigned
Assist with GHX invoices lacking a PO by searching Workday to locate the appropriate PO
Communicate processes to ensure adherence to the company’s No PO/No Pay policy
Adhere to all Endeavor Health policies, procedures, and values
Perform Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High school diploma or relevant hospital/healthcare business
experience
1-2 Years Accounts Payable experience
1-2 Years Customer Service experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, referencing other tabs, and other excel skills.
• Possess the ability to distinguish between an emergency and non-emergency situation and solve situation accordingly.
