In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview*
Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with all the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions. GRA and EIT include vertical (i.e., business or risk-specific) functions and horizontal functions that cut across business and risk-types. A core pillar of our horizontal strategy is developing common, reusable, and scalable components that can be used across GRM. Quantitative engineers will be responsible for executing on this strategy.
Job Description*
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams within the Global Risk Analytics organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software delivery lifecycle, and banking risk management processes. The Scrum Master will partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Quantitative Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery of regulatory, risk, and strategic technology initiatives while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and enterprise governance standards.
Responsibilities*
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Ensure teams maintain focus on sprint goals and deliver committed outcomes.
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the team.
- Monitor sprint health, velocity, capacity, and predictability metrics.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Partner with Release Management teams to ensure smooth Build-Test-Deploy lifecycle execution.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC, governance, and control requirements.
- Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, and milestone status.
- Facilitate collaboration among global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Education*
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a closely related field, or a degree from a program where software engineering was a key focus or equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
