Role Overview
The Field Service Renewals Representative 4 is responsible for maintaining and growing sales within an assigned customer base and geographical territory. You will develop a customer-focused strategy to improve preventative maintenance contract retention, increase revenue per customer, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage retention activity across an assigned service agreement customer base of approximately $3M-$3.5M.
Maintain and grow sales within a defined customer base and geographical territory.
Drive retention, customer satisfaction, and growth while delivering against assigned sales quota.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, ongoing relationships.
Develop a detailed understanding of each account, including key decision makers, equipment, service contract details, and account history.
Partner with district operations to support service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assess customer needs and turn them into effective sales strategies.
Track progress and report key metrics to operations and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

Stay close to the customer and the work by understanding account priorities, maintaining strong relationships, and responding with urgency.
Focus on outcomes that matter by prioritizing retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth within your assigned base.
Use data and systems to guide action by managing activities in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ace, and Report to Web.
Collaborate across teams by working effectively with district operations to improve service delivery and remove barriers for customers.
Continuously improve by reviewing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and adjusting your approach based on customer and business needs.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ace, and Report to Web.
Ability to manage customer relationships and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
Experience selling into or supporting service-based accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
Ability to organize priorities, manage a territory, and follow through on commitments.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with account data, service contract information, and performance metrics.
Nice to Have
BA, BS, or a similar degree.
2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in a similar product, service, or industry.
Strong ability to quickly qualify opportunities and translate needs into action.
Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and success driven.
Independent, creative thinker with the ability to sell intangible services.

Salary range for this position: $54,000 - $82,000 with pay determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.
