Makse Group is seeking a Consulting Manager - Supply Chain & MRP Solutions to lead client implementations of Supply Chain Management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) solutions. This role will focus on deploying Makse Group's proprietary MRP solution for Workday, designed specifically for discrete manufacturing organizations.
The ideal candidate has experience with ERP implementations, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Workday experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Supply Chain and MRP implementation projects for manufacturing clients.
Deploy Makse Group's Workday MRP solution and guide clients through solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions.
Advise clients on manufacturing, production planning, inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes.
Facilitate discovery workshops, process design sessions, solution validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client communications.
Identify opportunities to improve client processes and recommend innovative approaches leveraging Workday and Makse Group intellectual property.
Support business development activities, including solution demonstrations and proposals.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of ERP consulting, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations experience.
Strong understanding of MRP, manufacturing operations, inventory, procurement, and supply chain management.
Experience leading ERP or supply chain implementations.
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
Workday experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, QAD, or similar ERP platforms is welcomed.
