Why This Role Matters
You will lead a high-performing procurement team responsible for indirect sourcing, purchase order management, and procurement operations across Spain, selected North America plants, and the Philippines. In this role, you'll drive service excellence, build strong stakeholder partnerships, lead strategic sourcing initiatives, and help shape the future of procurement through continuous improvement and operational leadership.
What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring sourcing and purchasing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
- Manage and develop a team of buyers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Oversee critical contracts, supplier negotiations, and complex sourcing projects that deliver value to the business.
- Monitor operational performance through metrics, reporting, and stakeholder reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with category managers, procurement operations teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and innovative solutions that improve efficiency and controls.
- Support audits, reporting activities, and procurement governance requirements.

- You must have Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
- You must have proven experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- You must have leadership experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- You must have analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- You must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced global organization.
- You must have knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, negotiations, and purchasing systems.
