Financial Management & Value Realization
- Partner closely with the Financial Analyst to define, track, and report value realization (ROI) for all GOPs AI initiatives.
- Support portfolio level budget planning, allocation, and tracking, ensuring alignment between investment, delivery progress, and realized value.
- Establish consistent frameworks for benefit definition, KPI tracking, and post deployment value measurement.
- Provide transparent reporting on portfolio performance, investment efficiency, and outcome realization to executive stakeholders.
Execution Enablement & Continuous Improvement
- Enable consistent execution standards, templates, and best practices across AI programs and TPMs.
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or systemic risks across the portfolio and drive corrective actions.
- Capture lessons learned and evolve portfolio management, governance, and delivery processes as the AI program scales.
- Support leadership with clear, concise executive communications and data driven insights.
## Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
