Position Responsibilities:
Work with multiple bank partners in Hong Kong and Macau
Lead a team in formulating
(a) product propositions strategies in collaboration with Head of Product Propositions
(b) sales and marketing plan to drive strong sales outcome
(c) process and platform initiatives to support bancassurance penetrations and channel management
Collaborate strongly with Head of Business Development to implement (a) – (c) and ensuring it contributes to the overall outcome of the Bancassurance strategies
Drive product development discussion, keep abreast of latest market trend, analyze customers' behavior to maintain our competitiveness in the market
Budget planning and manage effective marketing expenditure to drive business growth
Coordinate with bank partners and internal departments, including Operation in streamlining processes and Risk and Compliance in ensuring adherence of relevant policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in the Hong Kong banking or life insurance industry together with at least 8 to 10 years job related experience at management role.
Proven track record in the Bancassurance field with multi-channel development history and accomplishments.
Familiarizes with and good knowledge of the industry’s best practices, legal and compliance framework and market competitive environment.
Proven track record of working in good partnership with banks and its management structure.
Strong team leader, strategic-minded, self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Industry recognized studies and fellowship such as FLMI, CLU etc.
