Description

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.

The Medical Strategy & Innovation Lead is a senior strategic individual contributor who supports the Therapeutic Area Lead (TAL) in shaping the long-term direction of Hematology Medical Affairs in Germany. The role focuses on identifying opportunities beyond day-to-day asset execution, driving cross-functional initiatives, helping translate global priorities into locally relevant strategies that strengthen scientific leadership, organizational capability and future launch readiness for Germany.

The position identifies strategic opportunities in the approach to evidence generation and scientific partnerships, identifies future unmet needs and opportunities, and consolidates medical, field and market insights into actionable recommendations for affiliate and regional strategy. It works closely with the other direct reports of the TAL (Medical Advisors, the Field Medical Lead), Clinical Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to complement asset execution without assuming operational ownership.

The role provides strategic leadership, coordination and subject-matter expertise through influence, matrix collaboration and cross-functional project leadership.

Furthermore, the role identifies innovative approaches, processes and collaboration models, including appropriate industry collaborations and partnerships, and acts as a strategic thought partner to the TAL by identifying emerging opportunities and anticipating future challenges for the German affiliate.
