Senior SAP Authorizations Consultant – Germany / Fluent German Speaker

Are you experienced in SAP Authorizations and looking to work on complex S/4HANA transformation programmes?

An established international SAP consultancy is seeking a Senior SAP Authorizations Consultant to support business critical SAP transformation programmes across Germany and international markets.

This senior position combines:

• SAP Authorizations and Security
• SAP S/4HANA transformation
• Governance and Compliance
• Client and stakeholder management
• Technical consulting and solution development

You will:

• Design and develop SAP authorization concepts across complex SAP landscapes.
• Configure and maintain SAP roles and profiles across ECC, S/4HANA and other SAP technologies.
• Analyse existing authorization structures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support clients with SAP Security, Governance and Compliance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex authorization issues and provide effective root cause analysis.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, migrations and Cloud initiatives.
• Work closely with functional and technical consultants to ensure secure system design.
• Lead workshops and present recommendations to clients and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of SAP Security best practices and innovative solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies and developments within SAP Security and Authorizations.

You will bring:

• Several years of professional experience in SAP Authorizations, SAP Security or SAP Governance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP role design and authorization concepts.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of additional SAP technologies such as BW, HCM, EWM, GTS or SAP Cloud solutions is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• The ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements.
• A genuine interest in developing specialist expertise across modern SAP landscapes.
