Locations: Taylor MI
Shifts Available: 1st (6:00 AM- 4:00 PM)
Position Type: Seasonal, with possible full-time conversion at our Taylor or Detroit Facilities
Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

Employees can be placed in a variety of production and packaging processes associated with pickle production. Responsibilities may include preparing, processing, packaging, inspecting, and handling product throughout the production process. This position is physical and fast-paced.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Keep up with the pace of production while meeting quality standards

• Perform job-related tasks associated with pickle production and packaging
• Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and other production equipment as needed
• Maintain good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Have a positive attitude while upholding a culture of mutual respect for all
• Additional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs
• Complete any assigned tasks and/or projects as needed

• The ability to stand and work for 10 or more hours per shift
• The ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
• The ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• The ability to work safely around production equipment
• The ability to uphold safe food processing and sanitation standards
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

*Prior experience is preferred but not required*

Please Note: This is a seasonal position with the possibility of full-time conversion at our Taylor or Detroit facilities. Full-time positions at our Detroit facility may involve working in colder production environments (35–45 degrees) and handling raw meat.
