Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. The CSR will primarily handle endorsements, policy changes, and reviews of policy renewals, while providing backend administrative support. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Nebraska, or the Kansas City area.

Compensation Package

• Hourly Rate: $25–$30 per hour (for part-time)
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct reviews of policy renewals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide backend administrative support to assist with daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (insurance experience is not mandatory but is a plus).
• Experience: Prior experience in underwriting, claims, or other insurance-related roles is advantageous but not required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software tools is preferred.
• Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
