Founder's Associate Intern (M&A & VentureDev Focus) @ T1 VC-backed Mobility Stealth Start-up from Sep/Oct '26

We’re a stealth, Tier-1 VC-backed seed-stage mobility start-up that’s rewriting how vehicle inspection centers are built and operated.

With a proven expansion blueprint and a clear M&A strategy, we’ll triple revenue next year. Currently, in 4 states across Germany we have 14 Centers and 75+ colleagues.

Our founders - serial entrepreneurs who’ve raised >USD 80m from top-tier US investors and just closed another strong Seed round - are pushing hard into new geographies.

## Tasks

You’ll be the versatile generalist we need. **Drive cross-functional value creation in M&A, venture/business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, ops, fundraising.** This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble. Are you in?

No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll recruit and onboard a new ops team at a rollout site, the next you’ll build a automation deployed accross all locations.

You’re a generalist who can connect dots others don’t even see. You thrive on chaos, love fast learning curves, and deliver quality under pressure.

• **A true generalist** who connects the dots across functions.
• **Experienced in fast‑paced environments** (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
• **An excellent multitasker** with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
• A proactive communicator and team player with a **service mindset** and high integrity.
• **Passionate about entrepreneurship** and **the start-up ecosystem** with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
• Currently completing a **bachelor's** (4th semester and above) or **master’s programme** (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.
• **Fully fluent in German** is a must (C2).
