Description
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist for our Endoscopy/SportsMed division to drive our growth in South Russia .
What you will do:
Drives sales performance within assigned territory, prioritizing opportunities, managing pipeline activity, and delivering agreed targets compliantly.
Uses customer, market and pipeline insights to plan activities, prioritize opportunities, and support business growth.
Identifies customer needs, presents tailored solutions, supports decision-making, negotiates within guidelines, and closes opportunities.
Builds trusted customer relationships, delivers responsive support, and ensures excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Maintains strong product and clinical knowledge, providing compliant guidance and credible customer support.
Supports channel partners through training, commercial guidance, and alignment on customer opportunities and sales execution.
Collaborates effectively across teams, shares knowledge, supports others, and acts as a professional role model.
Builds strong cross-functional partnerships through communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
Uses data and customer insights to identify needs, drive improvements, and support business objectives.
Continuously develops capabilities while supporting onboarding, learning, and knowledge sharing.
Delivers performance goals, leverages data and CRM insights, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you need
Required
2+ years of professional experience (or 6+ months at Stryker) in a similar role
English proficiency
Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant regulations
University degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Exeperience in similar field would be a plus (Sports Medicine/Endoscopy)
Commercial acumen and business experience
