Position Summary

• Responsible for greeting, escorting and transporting patients and visitors.

• Intermittent hand manipulation required
• Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20 pounds

  • Greets, escorts and transports patients and visitors.
  • Collaborates with auxiliary staff.
  • Lead: Assigns greeters/transporters to designated areas.
  • Lead: Coordinates work and patient flow to utilize staff efficiently
  • Lead: Assists manager/supervisor with staff scheduling.
  • Lead: Provides input on staff performance/evaluations
  • Lead: Assist with development, and delivery of, training for new staff while providing input on onboarding processes.
  • Leas: Superuser for Epic/Transport platform and Rovers
  • OR Transporter: Assists staff in turning over rooms
  • OR Transporter: Assist in cleaning surgery rooms
  • OR Transporter: Assists in pulling instruments for cases.

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
