Summary:

The role is designed as a department cross-functional support liaison. To assist CRO/Sponsor CRA navigate through system applications, onboarding, scheduling, and providing concierge customer service throughout the entire monitoring visit, from start to finish. In addition, review multi-faceted quality assurance metrics; to ensure accuracy of data collection, scheduling, concluded monitor visits and review of documentation compliance. The pay range for this position is $56,025 - $71,201 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Associate’s degree; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and two (2) years of clinical research, healthcare or other related experience.


NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.

5> Customer Service Experience

Clinical Research Exposure

5> Scheduling Experience

Power BI, Share point and Microsoft Applications (Moderate)
