Shopper Marketing Manager
About the Role
As the Shopper Marketing Manager, you will connect brand, retail media and in-store activation, turning shopper insight into measurable growth. This is an opportunity to translate shopper, customer and brand strategies into integrated omnichannel plans.
Connecting consumers from awareness to purchase across offsite, onsite, and in-store touchpoints, your impact will be to unlock growth, optimize investment and maximise ROI.
You’ll shape the path to purchase by leading integrated activation across every shopper touchpoint, with commercial outcomes at the centre.
What You Will Do
- Lead integrated shopper activation and retail media plans with selected customers and Retail Media Networks.
- Build retailer-specific audience and activation strategies.
- Turn shopper and category insight into conversion-driving activity.
- Deliver campaigns across POS, digital, retail media and in-store.
- Partner across Sales, Category, Brand, eCommerce, retailers and agencies.
- Track performance and use insight to improve ROI.
Who You Are
- Previous FMCG experience in shopper, trade, customer or retail marketing.
- Strong knowledge of shopper behaviour, category management and retail activation.
- Proven omnichannel and retail media planning experience across key customers and

- Commercial judgement across brand, category and customer priorities.
- Strong stakeholder, project management and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ, Kantar, Circana or retailer insight platforms.
