Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As Senior Manager, Global Brand Programs, you are a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping how the Arc’teryx brand is expressed globally—across stories, moments, and experiences. You operate at the intersection of brand strategy, narrative development, and global alignment, translating strategic brand vision into clear frameworks that guide seasonal storytelling and maximize brand impact and reach globally.
You define what matters, why it matters, and how the brand should show up — while enabling teams across the organization to bring those strategies to life with consistency, relevance, and cultural credibility.
The Brand Programs portfolio spans across many important facets of the business including Circularity, ReBIRD, Community Impact, Brand Content and distribution.
You are a trusted partner to senior leaders across Brand, Product, Creative, Community, Sports Marketing, Retail, and Regional Marketing, influencing decisions that shape the future of the brand. In this role you are a people leader, managing, coaching and developing a high performing team.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work (or remote Canada with travels to North Vancouver, BC). Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Brand Marketing team is the direct connection between the guest and the Arc’teryx brand through content and experience. We work in lockstep with our Regional Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, Sports Marketing, Community, and Operational Teams, as well as our Partners and Agencies to create experiences and tell stories that are relevant, thought-provoking and true to who we are.
