  • Create and schedule in-venue videos that are shown on the television monitors at each concert

Audience Experience

  • Lead engaging, relevant activations for DSO concerts, community programs, donor events as applicable, and other patron touchpoints
  • Coordinate annual activations aligned with subscription marketing plans for early renewals, renewals, and acquisitions
  • Review all post-concert surveys and report on findings and opportunities for improvement with Meyerson Operations and Artistic Operations
  • Support the DMAD in community partnership execution through cross-promotion and audience engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with Communications & Media to gather patron stories, sentiments, and real-time feedback on activations

Reporting

  • Working knowledge of audience feedback tools and post-event reporting
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with copywriting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines across a variety of internal departments and external partners
