Description
This is a pivotal position where you'll manage customer communications relating to breakdowns and service requirements, while coordinating a team of field-based Service Engineers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring we deliver first-class service, maximise engineer efficiency, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch Service Engineers to breakdown and call-out activities, keeping customers informed through clear and effective communication at every stage.
- Plan and arrange work arising from Thorough Examinations and scheduled service activities.
- Organise third-party work through approved suppliers when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional call-handling standards.
- Maintain accurate planning and scheduling data.
- Ensure timesheet information is completed accurately and updated promptly to support efficient job processing.
- Resolve invoice-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service, coordination, scheduling, or planning role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous planning or scheduling experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
