Patentingenieur (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

• Recherchen im Stand der Technik (technische Schutzrechte)

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsfelder bei Neuanmeldungen, Einsprüchen und FTO-Analysen durch Bewertung von Schutzrechten und zielgerichtete Recherchen

• Projektbezogene Zusammenarbeit mit externen Patentanwälten

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsfelder bei der Patentüberwachung (Patentmonitoring) und bei der Nutzung der internen Patentdatenbank

• Datenaufbereitung und –auswertung für das interne Controlling

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sensor- und Messtechnik erünscht, insbesondere auch der elektronischen Schaltungstechnik.

• Idealerweise können Sie bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit „Intellectual Property“ von Unternehmen vorweisen und kennen sich in der internationalen Recherche von technischen Schutzrechten aus.
• Selbständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, sich rasch in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken, dynamisches Handeln und ein sicheres Auftreten.
• Souveräne Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind aufgrund unserer internationalen Ausrichtung unerlässlich.
