Description
Pay: $22.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Overtime & Weekends: Available based on production needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify defects and verify products meet required specifications.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and product testing.
- Use calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools.
- Read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Monitor production processes for potential quality concerns.
- Document inspection results and accurately report defects.
- Maintain and calibrate measuring and inspection equipment.
- Follow established quality procedures and applicable industry standards.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns and support process improvements.
- 2+ years of quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience required.
- Hands-on experience using calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work a consistent 2nd-shift schedule.
- Must be available for overtime and weekends based on company needs.
