Lead Health Services at Biologics, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the prescription benefits for patients receiving their medication from the physician's dispensary. This role involves strategic planning, program development, and day-to-day management of health-related initiatives.
Location: This role is hybrid and will require 2 days a week onsite at the Cary, NC location.
Compensation: Target Salary for this role is between $28 and $30 per hour with a 5% bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of health professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to administratively process prescriptions.
Monitor and analyze health services data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Manage relationships with external healthcare providers, vendors, and insurance carriers.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding health-related inquiries and concerns.
Minimum Requirement
Typically requires 6+ years of related experience.
Critical Skills
Minimum of 7 years of experience in occupational health, corporate wellness, or a related healthcare leadership role.
Proven experience in supporting a team of healthcare professionals.
Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, HIPAA, and other relevant healthcare laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective health/pharmacy job-aids.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health information systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
