The elevator pitch of the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Technician, Maintenance to support the PE production team in Qingyuan. In this role, you will help ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of key production equipment through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection and preventive maintenance execution. You will also support the start-up and stabilization of the new site, coordinate maintenance activities with internal and external partners, and contribute to continuous improvement in equipment reliability, process safety and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform Troubleshooting, Inspection & Maintenance

Carry out daily troubleshooting, inspection and maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

• Conduct Routine Patrols of Critical Systems

Conduct routine patrols and checks of key equipment and systems, such as ACM machine, agitators, pumps, fans, valves, homogenizers, packaging and compounding machines.

• Execute PM and Corrective Maintenance Work Orders

Execute preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance work orders in a timely and effective manner, ensuring maintenance records are properly completed.

• Support New-site Start-up & Stabilization

Support Qingyuan site commissioning, equipment readiness, trial run, ramp-up and stabilization activities by providing hands-on technical support and timely issue escalation.

• Coordinate Contractors and Ensure Safe Execution

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors during maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with site safety, quality, permit-to-work and housekeeping requirements.

• Drive Reliability, 5S and Continuous Improvement

Implement and sustain 5S practices in assigned areas; proactively identify and recommend improvements in equipment reliability, process safety and product quality, including support for night-shift duties or emergency maintenance when required.

You bring

• Technical Education Background

Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related engineering discipline.

• Manufacturing Maintenance Experience

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in fine chemical, food, pharmaceutical, fragrance/perfumery or other process manufacturing environments.

• Hands-on Equipment Maintenance Capability

Strong hands-on maintenance experience with mechanical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, fans, agitators, valves, packaging/compounding equipment and utility systems.

• Safety, Quality and Compliance Mindset

Strong safety awareness and ability to follow EHS, quality, maintenance SOPs, permit-to-work and housekeeping requirements in an industrial environment.

• Communication, Coordination & Teamwork

Good teamwork and communication skills; able to coordinate with production, engineering, EHS, quality and external contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Learning Agility and Added Qualifications

Basic English proficiency, with the ability to read equipment manuals using translation tools if needed. Experience in flavor, fragrance or perfumery plants and/or possession of LV electrician certification will be an added advantage.

主要职责

• 执行故障排查、检查及维修

负责生产设备的日常故障排查、检查和维修，确保工厂运行安全稳定。

• 定期巡检关键设备和系统

定期巡检关键设备和系统，如自动加料机、搅拌器、泵、风机、阀门、均质机、包装及调配设备和导热油系统等。

• 执行预防性维护和纠正性维修工单

按计划及时、高效地执行预防性维护（PM）及纠正性维修工单，并确保维修记录完整准确。

• 支持新工厂启动和稳定运行

支持清远工厂设备调试、设备就绪、试运行、产能爬坡和稳定运行，提供现场技术支持并及时升级问题。

• 协调承包商并确保安全执行

协调并监督外包承包商的维修工作，确保符合现场安全、质量、作业许可和现场管理要求。

• 推动设备可靠性、5S和持续改善

推动并落实责任区域内的5S管理；主动识别并提出设备可靠性、工艺安全及产品质量方面的改善建议，并在需要时支持夜班或应急维修工作。

我们期待您具备

• 技术教育背景

机械、电气、自动化或相关工程专业大专及以上学历。

• 制造业维修经验

至少5年精细化工、食品、制药、香精香料或其他流程制造行业维修工作经验。

• 现场设备维修能力

具备扎实的机械设备、液压与气动系统、泵、风机、搅拌器、阀门、包装/调配设备及公用工程系统维修经验。

• 安全、质量与合规意识

具备较强的安全意识，能够在工业环境中严格遵守EHS、质量、维修SOP、作业许可及现场管理要求。

• 沟通协调与团队合作

具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够与生产、工程、EHS、质量及外部承包商协同，高效解决维修问题。
