We are looking for dependable, mature, and positive individuals who want to work part-time while maintaining flexibility in their personal lives. Instead of requiring you to work a traditional 6–8 hour shift, our Flex Shift program offers short, consistent shifts designed to fit different schedules and lifestyles.

Choose the Shift That Works Best for You! We offer the following Flex Shift options:

• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM — Perfect for a short mid-day shift.
• 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM — A great option for afternoon availability.
• 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM — Perfect for those looking for additional evening income.

You can indicate which shift(s) work best for your schedule when applying and during your interview. Scheduling will be based on your availability, your preferred shift, and the needs of the business.

• Supporting fellow team members and leaders.
• Following restaurant policies, procedures, and expectations.

• Being willing to learn and work in multiple positions.
