Overview
As an Associate Copilot Studio Developer, you’ll design, configure and deploy AI-powered agents across our organization. This is opportunity is for early-career technologists who are curious, collaborative and eager to create practical solutions using Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Power Platform and modern automation tools.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior developers, product owners and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Build and configure agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, generative answers, plugins and data connections.
- Assist in integrating agents with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Dataverse and internal APIs.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand user needs and translate them into functional bot behaviors.
- Test, troubleshoot and refine agents to ensure they are accurate and provide a reliable experience.
- Document configurations, workflows and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Monitor usage analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CoPilot agents align with governance, security and compliance standards.
- Managing tickets and SLAs associated with tickets.
- Experience in M365 suite.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- A foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (such as Power Apps, Power Automate, DataVerse or similar).
- Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON or REST.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
