- Translate the product vision into clear priorities, bringing together commercial insights, user feedback and business objectives to drive meaningful product enhancements.
- Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from defining requirements and setting delivery standards through to platform improvements, governance and documentation.
- Work closely with local and global teams to drive integration opportunities across connected identity, connected media, PubID, DMS, DSP and other key technology and measurement partners.
- Partner with teams across Product Development, Data Intelligence, APEX and Commercial, as well as external technology and media partners, to continuously improve the product experience and unlock new capabilities.
- Create effective feedback loops with Strategy & Client Solutions, agencies, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure product decisions are informed by real world needs and opportunities.
- Drive successful adoption of product updates by ensuring changes are clearly communicated, well documented and seamlessly embedded into planning and activation workflows.
- Build and maintain clear product frameworks, decision-making principles and best-practice guidance that empower teams to get the most value from the Lift suite.
- Partner with the Head of Strategy & Client Solutions and key stakeholders across Commercial, GMS and APEX to ensure the Lift product suite supports sustainable growth, strong adoption and scalable commercial outcomes.
- Drive product decisions that balance client value, commercial performance and operational efficiency, ensuring pricing, scope and delivery expectations are clear and aligned.
- Work closely with Finance and Commercial teams to optimise product economics, manage investment priorities and maximise platform and vendor value.
- Support the evolution of Lift's commercial models, identifying opportunities to scale both local and global product offerings.
- Continuously identify and remove barriers to growth, simplifying product complexity, reducing manual processes and improving the overall user experience.

- Collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders to bring best practice, innovation and product roadmaps into the ANZ market.
- Partner closely with Strategy & Client Solutions, Data Intelligence, APEX, GMS and Operations teams to translate client needs, measurement outcomes and operational requirements into product enhancements.
