Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products by following detailed work instructions and established quality expectations
- Conduct inspections of completed products to verify compliance with company standards
- Safely and effectively operate production equipment, tools, and machinery
- Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Communicate any equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors
- Flex between workstations and departments as needed to support production requirements and customer expectations
