FT Food & Beverage Banquet Supervisor - Convention Center

Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Food & Beverage Banquet Supervisor at the Dalton Convention Center. Qualified candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising activities of the department to provide service to clients with a clear focus on quality and client satisfaction. This position assists in providing technical guidance and administrative direction over staff planning, setup and serving of meals and in the direction and training of service staff food preparation and presentation.

A minimum two-year degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent combination of training and work experience preferred. This position is a non-exempt hourly position that requires ability to work flexible hours during daytime, nights, weekends and some holidays. Schedule times and days off vary based on event requirements. Salary starts at $20.79 per hour and is accompanied by a 30, 60, 90 day evaluations.
