LATAM SPANISH – CONVERSION AGENTS

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry
• Proven sales performance and target achievement
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Experience handling warm leads and converting clients
• Professional communication skills
• Results-driven and commercially minded

LATAM SPANISH – RETENTION AGENTS

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
• Proven retention and revenue performance
• Strong client management and negotiation skills
• Experience managing an existing client portfolio
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Results-driven approach

PORTUGUESE – CONVERSION AGENTS

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong conversion and closing skills
• Experience working with leads and converting clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

PORTUGUESE – RETENTION AGENTS

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
• Proven track record in client retention and revenue generation
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience managing an active client portfolio
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
