Client Services Manager – Habilitation

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Allentown, PA Habilitation office.

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll combine your experience in supporting individuals with your skills in relationship-building, client services, team leadership, and business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure high-quality services for clients
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership
• Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision, support, and resources to field employees
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior I/DD, Supports Coordination, Habilitation, or related experience preferred
• Prior management or supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated success taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals
• Ambition and a growth mindset with a desire to advance your career
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients, families, employees, and community partners
