Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Research Scientist / STEM Researcher to conduct research, analyze scientific or technical data, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to research and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, experiments, and technical investigations in the relevant STEM field.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret scientific or technical data.
• Develop research methodologies, models, prototypes, or technical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, research papers, presentations, and documentation.
• Use appropriate laboratory, engineering, statistical, or computational tools.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, scientists, and other technical professionals.
• Identify technical challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Maintain accurate research records and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Support research projects from planning and development through implementation and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of relevant research or technical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Proficiency with relevant technical, laboratory, statistical, or computational tools.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Candidates must meet applicable Canadian employment and professional requirements.
