The Role:

At Vivmark, our Project Engineers play a critical role in bringing multifamily developments from plan to reality. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants, you'll help drive the processes that keep complex construction projects organized, compliant, and moving forward on schedule. Based on the underlying job specification for the role, Project Engineers are responsible for coordinating project documentation, vendor information, change management, and construction administration activities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage submittals, shop drawings, samples, and related approvals throughout the construction process
• Maintain project records, including plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, change documentation, and as-built drawings
• Track and distribute project information to internal stakeholders and trade partners
• Support the administration of subcontractor agreements and change orders
• Assist with project requisitions, invoicing, and payment processing
• Manage closeout documentation, including operations and maintenance manuals
• Track jobsite purchases and rental equipment
• Help ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate punch list activities and project closeout efforts
• Maintain project safety documentation and records

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience supporting commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or related construction projects
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project documentation processes
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
