In this role, you will:

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.

 

You're an ideal candidate if you have:

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• NQF 5 qualification
• 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment
• 3+ years Life Assurance experience
• Relevant Class of Business training

 

Key Skills

• Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Commercial and sales acumen
• Client-centric approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel locally
• Technical understanding of the advisor process in the insurance industry
