The Camping Specialist helps customers get the most out of their RV by providing hands-on walkthroughs and expert guidance. This role also supports customers in selecting the right parts and accessories to enhance their overall camping experience.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Responsible for all incoming UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments, as well as minimal outgoing shipments.
- Verify and inspect all parts orders received.
- Correspond directly with service department to dispatch incoming parts to technicians for work orders.
- Unload incoming shipments from trucks and stock items on shelves.
- Cross train with parts department and assist customers with purchases as needed.
- Educate customers on recommended accessories that enhance safety, usability, and the overall RV ownership experience.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service both in-store and through service work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department that supports customer experience and sales.
- Provide customer service that supports the long-term RV ownership experience and reinforces dealership brand standards.
- Engage in a minimum of one (1) hour of weekly training related to RV systems, product knowledge, and/or manufacturer-led training to ensure continued development and expertise.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prior experience in Shipping/Receiving, retail sales, customer service, or parts sales is preferred.
- Experience in the RV industry, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar product-based industries is preferred but not required.
- Hi/Lo (forklift) certified preferred, will train.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Drivers license.
