Parts Shipper and Receiver (Toyota NA)

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by completing weekly bin counts.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver wholesale and customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Pick up daily supplemental orders from the warehouse.
• Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
• Represent the dealership with a professional appearance and excellent customer service during deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience.
• Forklift certification or training (preferred, but not required).
