  • Nivel académico:Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales, Ing. en Administración, o afín, concluida.
  • Experiencia: 5 años en puestos similares preferentemente en Industria Automotriz
  • Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio

  • Requerimientos clave:
  • Diseño y ejecución de estrategias de atracción de talento.
  • Elaboración de diagnósticos de capacitación.
  • Elaboración y actualización de perfiles de puesto.
  • Elaboración de planes de desarrollo derivados de evaluaciones.
  • Seguimiento al cumplimiento legal en capacitación.
  • Implementación de programas de desarrollo de talento.
  • Gestión del cambio.
  • Influencia y negociación.
  • Análisis y solución de problemas.
  • Desarrollo de personas.
  • Conocimiento de Excel y análisis de datos.
  • Power BI o herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Administración de Proyectos.
