HR Manager Belgium-Netherlands-France (m/f/x)
Are you a trilingual HR expert with a solid foundation in Belgian social legislation? Are you looking for a role where you not only execute, but also set the direction and coordinate?
We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to strengthen our team in Schoten and take our Belgium-Netherlands-France region to the next level. You will be replacing the current HR Manager who will be retiring. This function is a part time position for about 20 to 24 hours/week.
Your Role: Coordination & Expertise
In this position, you are the central point of contact for all HR facets. In addition to daily operations, you have a coordinating role for various projects and additional tasks within the organization.
What is included in your responsibilities?
Recruitment & Selection: You find and retain top talent for our various branches.
Social Legislation: You are our expert in Belgian social law and are willing to delve into Dutch and French social legislation.
Compensation & Benefits: You manage payroll, report on wage costs, and conduct efficient fleet management.
People Development: You manage the performance review and appraisal interview cycle.
Policy Design: You draft clear, cross-border policies where necessary.
All-round HR: You handle ad-hoc matters that require a people-oriented and professional approach.
The key to success
Language whiz: You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, English, and French.
Education: You hold a Professional Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., HRM, Psychology, Social Sciences).
Experience: You have several years of relevant experience in a similar, generalist HR role.
Legally Proficient: You have excellent knowledge of Belgian social legislation and the drive to quickly familiarize yourself with Dutch and French regulations.
Organizer: You love having an overview and excel in a coordinating role.
Regionally Based: You live within a realistic commuting distance of Schoten (Antwerp), so that you remain closely involved with the workplace.
Flexible & Accurate: You switch quickly between administrative precision and strategic consultation.
Pepperl+Fuchs offers:
Reward based on impact: An attractive salary supplemented by a bonus scheme, pension and hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, and a bicycle allowance.
Optimal Balance: A 20 to 24-hour week with no less than 33 days off (21 vacation + 12 compensatory time off).
Flexibility: Possibility of working partially from home. Moreover, we are open to a part-time contract if this suits your situation better.
Your Workplace: Global Impact in combination with Local Passion: With us, you are part of a global, leading company. Yet, it doesn't feel like an anonymous multinational here. We work in an informal atmosphere where your ideas really matter.
Passion & Pride: You will join a close-knit team of passionate colleagues who are proud of their profession and strive for the best results together.
