This role requires regular travel to Germany.
About you:
As a Designated Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our most valued customers achieve their goals and get the best possible value from their Access solutions. You’re passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.
You’re confident working with stakeholders at every level, including senior decision-makers, and you know how to turn customer challenges into opportunities. You enjoy using data, insights, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and analytics, to better understand customer needs, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
You may come from a Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, or Hospitality Management background. What matters most is that you’re customer-focused, commercially aware, and motivated by helping customers succeed.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Build trusted relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including senior leaders, helping them achieve successful adoption of Access solutions and maximise long-term value.
• Use customer insights, data, and AI-enabled tools to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and provide proactive recommendations that improve customer outcomes and support retention.
• Lead regular business reviews, service improvement plans, workshops, and webinars, helping customers overcome challenges, measure success, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience, manage risks and opportunities, support renewals, reduce customer churn, and encourage customer advocacy.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, or a customer-focused role within a technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
• Experience in the Hospitality industry, with a strong track record of building long-term relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer risks, opportunities, and business needs.
• Confidence using data, reporting tools, and AI-enhanced technologies to gain insights, support decision-making, and demonstrate measurable customer value.
