Scoot is seeking an energetic, positive and dynamic individual to join the Cabin Crew Communications Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely, concise & up to date engagement with cabin crew, enabling them to perform effectively & provide excellent service. Responsiblities
1) Crew Communication & Content Delivery
Compile, format, and support timely publication of crew communications materials (e.g., monthly and adhoc circulars).
Assist to plan, manage, and facilitate crew communications across multiple channels (e.g., Crew Comms Portal, Crew Hub, OCC TV).
Maintain and update crew communication and engagement platforms to ensure content is current and accessible.
Support implementation of company-wide comms and engagement initiatives for cabin crew (e.g., digitalisation projects).
Provide communications support to the Cabin Services team as required.
2) Crew Engagement & Experience
Assist to plan, coordinate, and conduct engagement sessions and initiatives (e.g., VP Connect, festive engagement sessions).
Coordinate with Cabin Services stakeholders to align objectives, schedules, and attendance for engagement activities.
Ensure participation and alignment of relevant internal stakeholders for engagement sessions.
Manage engagement session logistics end-to-end, including quotations, approvals, timelines, and execution.
Procure supplies and ensure materials are adequate and ready for engagement events.
3) Cabin Crew Operations Support (Inflight Announcements & Station Information)
Support and coordinate annual review, updates, and publication of inflight announcement texts across all required languages.
Coordinate with inflight announcement text translators and support the translation workflow.
Draft ad-hoc inflight announcement texts and publish updates in a timely manner when required.
Draft, update, and maintain station information, ensuring timely dissemination to cabin crew within stipulated timelines.
4) Recruitment Support & Company / Media Events
Partner closely with HR to support cabin crew recruitment planning to meet operational requirements.
Support adherence to recruitment criteria in line with regulatory requirements.
Assist with crew representation for company events and media initiatives, including selection and coordination of suitable crew.
Coordinate stakeholder communications and scheduling to ensure event readiness and smooth execution.
6) General Administration & Ad-hoc Support
Provide administrative support to the Manager and Cabin Services team (e.g., coordination, documentation, tracking).
Support Cabin Services with ad-hoc projects,tasks and activities assigned to the section.
Assist in other ad-hoc events and duties as required.
Requirements (Mandatory)
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Aviation, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement/event coordination, operations support, or project coordination (aviation exposure is a plus).
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and ability to manage timely publications.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with digital platforms/tools (e.g., MS office, Canva, Miro).
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across departments and with vendors.
Requirements (Preferred)
Experience supporting internal communications channels (e.g., portals, newsletters, digital screens).
Experience planning employee engagement sessions and managing procurement/logistics.
Familiarity with airline/cabin crew operations, station information updates, or inflight announcement processes.
Basic project management experience (planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination).
