Job Description:
- Manage the design, manufacturing development, retrofit, and maintenance of functional, software, and electronic test benches across Airbus programs.
- Analyze program requirements to specify, design, build, and deliver Lab Test Means and test solution systems adhering to Quality, Time, Cost, and Performance targets.
- Define test means specifications, drive supplier selection for subcontracted activities, and perform project management during the realization phase.
- Control configuration management for aircraft equipment populated on test means, ensuring export control compliance and handling logistics movements.
- Execute budget provision, planning, tendering, Product Regulatory Compliance engineering activities, verification procedures, components verification, and commissioning.
- Collaborate closely with operating and maintenance teams, providing 2nd level support on existing test benches.
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, Electronics, or a related discipline).
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in Lab Test Means (LTM) design.
- Soft skills: Strong project management and customer-focused communication abilities, with a high capacity to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and handle change management.
- Languages: Advanced level in English (written and spoken); Spanish is highly recommended.
- Technical knowledge: Lab Test Means architecture design, configuration control, export control compliance, and Product Regulatory Compliance engineering.
- Valuable / Nice to have: Previous experience in modification and maintenance activities of functional and software test benches will be highly valued.
