Membership Service Representative (opener)

Crunch Fitness is growing, and we're looking for energetic, friendly team members to join our Tennessee clubs!

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members meet. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable with both customer service and membership sales.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and provide a great front-desk experience
• Answer questions about memberships, services, and the gym
• Give gym tours and help prospective members get started
• Follow up with leads and membership prospects
• Support membership sales and referrals
• Help keep the club clean, organized, and welcoming

Schedule

• Part-time
• Morning and evening availability
• 4- and 8-hour shifts
• In-person
