Our client is an innovative insurance and sustainability-related initiative developed and managed by SRS. The program involves coordination across multiple stakeholders, including clients, insurers, service providers, regulators, data specialists and internal teams.
To support the continued expansion of our client, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Account Coordinator who will play a central role in managing and coordinating day-to-day activities across the program.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Program Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor all ongoing client activities and projects.
- Organise meetings, workshops and follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, deadlines and project milestones.
- Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the program.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and partners on administrative and operational matters.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations and management reports.
- Support relationship management activities and client communications.
- Facilitate coordination between clients, insurers, brokers and service providers.
- Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new procedures and controls.
- Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support documentation of workflows, policies and operating procedures.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing and financial monitoring activities.
- Maintain and organise program documentation.
- Support data collection, reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with finance and accounting teams when required.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes.
- Participate in digital transformation initiatives.
- Work with technology providers and internal teams to improve operational tools and reporting capabilities.
- Support the implementation of workflow and process automation solutions.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with diverse teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Interest in technology, automation and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, Power BI and Teams.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- English, French.
