The Partner Experience Specialist – Funding is responsible for delivering an exceptional and accurate experience to our dealer partners and internal team members by ensuring the timely and precise processing of funding-related tasks. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires the ability to work across multiple systems, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a manual, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a partner-first mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows.


Duties/Responsibilities:

· Review, validate, and accurately enter funding documentation, unit details, and amounts across multiple systems while adhering to Kinetic Advantage policies and advance guidelines.

· Navigate several platforms and screens simultaneously to complete manual funding tasks with precision and efficiency.

· Enter, update, and verify partner and unit information with exceptional accuracy to ensure timely funding.

· Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and proactively work with partners or internal teams to resolve issues.

· Apply critical thinking to determine next steps in complex funding scenarios, adjusting actions based on documentation, partner needs, or workflow changes.

· Balance multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities while sustaining a steady, organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.

· Handle inbound email communication as the primary channel, with occasional outbound calls or temporary inbound call coverage.

· Deliver clear, concise, partner-focused communication that enhances the overall funding and floorplan experience.

· Use lessons learned to refine work methods, reduce errors, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Funding team.

· Work closely with peers to troubleshoot issues, share insights, and maintain a supportive, high-accuracy team environment.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals and partner needs.


Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 1+ years related experience in either the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, preferred.

· Experience working across multiple platforms or tools simultaneously preferred.

· Finance or funding experience not required — training will be provided.

· Exceptionally detail-oriented with proven accuracy in manual processes

· Strong organizational skills, including ability to multitask, work efficiently, and prioritize.

· Comfortable managing multiple systems, screens, and manual tasks simultaneously without losing focus.

· Ability to earn trust and build relationships digitally to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals, both verbally and written.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements: 

· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

· Must be able to communicate clearly both in written and verbal form.
