Summary:

The Nursing Field Coordinator provides care in the field to assist in the coordination of services to meet the patients care needs. In addition, they document and provide information needed for clinical, regulatory, and financial management of the patient.

Education/Experience:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years' experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.

  • Pediatric experience preferred.


Certification/Licensure:

  • Current Texas RN licensure.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • PALS Certification.

  • Current Texas driver's license in good standing.
