At Dexcom, our Document Control and Quality team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the documentation that supports life-changing diabetes technology. As a Document Control and Training Specialist, you will be at the center of key quality processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to manage documentation, support training initiatives, and help drive operational excellence. Where You Come In :
- You manage the change control system (Cloud PLM), including reviewing, routing, assessing training impact, and releasing change orders.
- You assist with Cloud PLM software training and support other training activities as needed.
- You ensure projects are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- You collaborate effectively with internal and external customers to support business needs.
- You assist customers by providing timely problem-solving and issue resolution.
- You support Quality during both internal and external audits.
- You scan, archive, retrieve, and maintain quality documents and records.
- You issue and manage controlled and uncontrolled documentation.
- You maintain service records across multiple departments.
- You prepare document reproduction requests and ensure proper distribution.
- You maintain external standards in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- You generate Quality Assurance reports as needed.
- You perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What Makes You Successful :
- You are able to successfully perform the essential functions of this role with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You have 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- You use critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- You have a general understanding of Document Control requirements and processes, including ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
- You bring strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to effectively support cross-functional teams.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires 0- 2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
