HR Assistant

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources and office operations. This role will assist with payroll, attendance tracking, employee records, and general administrative tasks while helping ensure accurate and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks
• Track employee attendance, timekeeping, and schedules
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and other employee-related processes
• Assist with daily office operations and general administrative duties
• Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous HR, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of payroll and attendance/timekeeping processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
