The Outside Sales Professional is responsible for driving sales within their respective territory. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the visitation schedule, attaining seasonal pre-book and at-once sales goals, servicing all applicable accounts, and delivering all company initiatives and programs to the respective account(s).ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date Zone Plan, and submit it to the Regional Manager every week.
Visit accounts for established seasonal expectations.
Meet seasonal at-one and pre-book sales goals.
Meet seasonal /annual account retention and new account goals.
Meet seasonal/annual event order goals.
Drive all company initiatives and sales programs with respective accounts.
Attend seasonal sales meetings.
Attend annual PGA Merchandise Show
Attend local tradeshows and events.
Maintain sample line in accordance with company standards.
Submit monthly expense report.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis on Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Inherent ability to prospect, negotiate, and close.
Engaging presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years’ related experience; apparel industry preferred.
Attend seasonal sales meetings.
Attend annual PGA Merchandise Show
Attend local tradeshows and events.
Maintain sample line in accordance with company standards.
Submit monthly expense report.
Salary Range - $55,000 - $60,000 base plus commission
