HR Business Partner

The position is responsible for serving as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. It provides leadership and guidance across employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. The role supports business growth by ensuring effective HR practices, strong employee experiences, and a high-performing workforce across multiple locations and operational environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support operational and organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, retention, and employee development initiatives.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, performance evaluations, coaching, calibration sessions, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, culture-building, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives that strengthen retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Support multiple sites and business units by ensuring consistent application of HR policies, standards, and governance frameworks while addressing local workforce needs.
• Lead HR policy development, process standardization, governance initiatives, and continuous improvement programs to strengthen HR service delivery.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Finance, Facilities, and other functions to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Lead or support strategic HR projects, organizational transformation initiatives, and business expansion activities.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• You must have at least 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant exposure to HR Business Partnering or managerial HR roles.
• You must have strong experience across employee relations, labor relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.
• You must have demonstrated experience partnering directly with senior leaders and operational management teams.
• You must have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR governance, and compliance requirements.
• You must have experience handling complex employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, and labor-related concerns.
• You must have experience supporting multiple locations, sites, business units, or geographically distributed teams.
• You must have strong coaching, influencing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational development capabilities.
• You must have experience interpreting HR data, workforce analytics, and business metrics to support decision-making.
• You must have experience developing HR policies, frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.
• You must be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, including hands-on execution when necessary.
• You must demonstrate high levels of integrity, confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism.
• You must be willing to travel between company locations and support operations across multiple sites.
• You must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving business environment.
