Description
Our client is a well established 5* International Chain Hotel Group.
This Cluster role will oversee a total of +/- 300 keys across multiple luxury properties in Jakarta.
This role will be reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Relevant experience in 5 star & city hotels
• At least five years of senior management experience in Rooms Division
• Coming from a Front Office background is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and able to influence and direct people to achieve goals
• Strong operational leadership and team management skills
• Good financial and administration skills
• Strong guest focused mindset and service excellence
• Good complaint handling and problem solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proven ability to motivate, train and develop teams
• Strong team building skills
• Leads by example
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Outgoing pleasant personality
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
• Proactive, creative, and result driven
• Computer literate
• Flexible working hours
