Your Role
As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer on our team, you will play a key role in Industrializing the production launch of new Radar sensors for the customer. Your daily job will involve:
Lead the Manufacturing organization in bringing the new Safety product from Business Award through serial production
Be the Single Point contact between the Design team and Production plant
Evaluating and presenting manufacturing proposals
Manage the overall Industrialization Project
Collaborating with other engineers to ensure DFM/DFA
Ensure compliance with our Product Development Process requirements
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
University Degree in Engineering/Technical/Industrial MGMT discipline
Experience in Automotive or Electronics Industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
